1. Eligibility for No Returns
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number, product name, and a photo of the issue (if applicable).
- Once approved, our team will share return instructions and the nearest return address.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or opened items
- Products damaged due to mishandling or improper storage
- Custom-made or bulk-ordered products
- Items returned without prior approval
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Replacement Policy
The replacement request must be made within 3 days of the delivered. The replaced product will be delivered within 3-5 business days
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, you can request a return after delivery (if eligible).
